In cooperation with Lufthansa respectively Spiriant and LSG Skychefs, new solutions were developed for the catering sector in economy class. The aim of the project was to design packaging systems and containers. The entire process was considered: Suppliers, production, logistics, transport, processing, serving, practicality, dining, clearing, disposal. The drafts were implemented realistically. This was achieved through briefing, scheduling, extensive research, excursions and on-site surveys, the development of design alternatives as well as model making and presentations.
